Description
Description
Endo Blend Granular Mycorrhizal Inoculant from The Soil Makers is a premium, four-strain endo mycorrhizal inoculant designed to unlock deeper nutrient and water uptake for healthier, more resilient plants. Delivered on a mineral clay carrier with a dormancy-friendly formulation, it stays ready until your roots need it most.
Why it matters: endo mycorrhizal fungi colonize the plant’s root system, expanding the root surface area and boosting nutrient absorption, water uptake, and drought tolerance. They also contribute to soil carbon storage by forming a stable network in the rhizosphere. This blend emphasizes active root colonization where it counts, helping plants establish quickly and stay vigorous from transplant through maturity.
- Four synergistic strains: Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae, Glomus aggregatum, Glomus etunicatum work together for faster inoculation and broader host compatibility.
- High spore density: 130+ spores per gram—one of the highest on the market—achieved by using a pure dormant fungus on a mineral clay carrier with no fillers.
- Low-input, scalable biology: a physical carrier keeps fungi dormant until contact with roots, preserving viability for robust performance across plant types.
What it does for your garden — the inoculant enhances root establishment, leading to stronger root systems, improved nutrient exchange, and steadier growth. It’s especially effective for plants transitioning from container to soil and for early root-zone development in beds, raised gardens, or new transplantings. Ideal for vegetables, herbs, ornamentals, shrubs, and young trees in home landscapes and small-scale gardens.
How to use — apply at transplant or when planting seeds for best root contact:
- 1–2 tablespoons per transplant, adjusted for rootball size.
- Sprinkle directly on the root ball during transplant or in the planting hole before setting in soil.
- Can be used in compost teas by suspending the granules to inoculate feeder roots in the top soil layers for enhanced nutrient cycling.
Why choose Endo Blend — you’re getting a purpose-built, multi-strain inoculant that emphasizes root-friendly biology, minimal processing, and a high-density spore load to accelerate colonization. The Soil Makers brings soil science into practical gardening, delivering consistent performance across diverse garden scenarios.
Who it's for — home gardeners, small-scale growers, and anyone looking to improve transplant success, root health, and nutrient efficiency without resorting to synthetic inputs. A trusted option, backed by strong customer feedback and years of soil-focused expertise.
Directions:
Sprinkle on root ball during transplant or sprinkle in hole before planting seed. Root contact with the endo inoculant is essential for proper innoculation. 1-2 tablespoons per transplant depending on size of rootball.
Our Endo blend can also be added to compst teas in suspension to inoculate feeder roots on the top layers of soil for more nutrient cycling.
Our blend contains the following myco strains:
Glomus intraradices
Glomus mosseae
Glomus aggregatum
Glomus etunicatum

Product features
The powerful endo mycorrhizal fungi aids in nutrient uptake, leading to stronger and more resilient plants. Improve your garden's health with this scientifically proven inoculant. Mycorrhizae are beneficial root fungi for plants. The fungi colonize the root system of a host plant, providing increased water and nutrient absorption capabilities while the plant provides the fungus with carbohydrates formed from photosynthesis. They also suquester carbon from the soil and store it for the plant.  For most plants, Endo mycorrhizae are the fungi you want on your roots and those are the only fungi we added to our blend. We use 4 strains of mycos not just 1. These mycos have a synergistic effect on each other which makes inoculation occur quicker. Our blend contains 130+ spores per gram, which is one of the highest on the market today. This is mostly because we do not use any fillers in our product. It is all dormant fungi on a mineral clay carrier.
