Zeolite can improve poor soils, and act as a permanent amendment and conditioner. It can increase soil cation exchange capacity and water retention in the root zone. Zeolite can also improve the use efficiency of phosphorus.
Description
Description
Zeolite offers exceptional absorption and adsorption capabilities, helping to lower water and fertilizer usage by holding essential nutrients and moisture within the root zone. It effectively reduces nutrient runoff through soil or water and, due to its distinct negative charge and porous composition, maintains soil aeration and moisture consistently. Acting as a pH buffer in living organic soils, Zeolite also provides an ideal habitat for beneficial soil bacteria, enhancing their activity. Incorporated in our living soil blend, it significantly benefits living organic soil health and productivity.
We carry 2 size gradations.
14/40 grit which is like a large sand
Flour - which is just like an all purpose flour

Product features
Zeolite can have many benefits for plants, including:
- Improving soil - Zeolite can improve poor soils, and act as a permanent amendment and conditioner. It can increase soil cation exchange capacity and water retention in the root zone. Zeolite can also improve the use efficiency of phosphorus.
- Improving water retention - Zeolite can improve water retention in sandy soils and increase porosity in clay soils.
- Retaining nutrients - Zeolite can retain nutrients and increase crops. It can also act as a food storage facility for nutrients that plants can access when they are released into the soil water.
- Controlling fertilizer components - Zeolites can control the release of fertilizer components. For example, ammonium-charged zeolites can increase the solubilization of phosphate minerals, leading to improved phosphorus uptake and yields of crops.
- Trapping pollutants - Zeolite can trap significant amounts of heavy metals and organic pollutants in contaminated soils.
