- Durable construction: 1/4 nylon sidewall finished with an 800‑thread‑count weave and triple‑stitched 100% nylon bonded thread for extra strength.
- High‑use lifespan: designed for repeated use with a lifespan warranty against manufacturer defects; expect 200+ uses with proper care.
- Large processing capacity: the 5 gallon LABS set can process up to 1/2 pound (225 g) of dry plant material per run.
- No hash bag returns: please note this policy for hash bags.
- Micron options to fit your workflow: available in 220, 160, 120 and 45 micron sizes to help separate the extract by crystal size and quality. The setup guides you from washing to collecting higher‑quality material.

These Bubble Bags are available in a variety of different sized screens to separate your herbal extract according to the size of the crystals or glandular heads of the plant. You will find that having these layers will allow you to separate your herbal extract into different grades ranging from commercial grade to top quality Full Melt Bubble.
The 220 micron wash bag keeps your material in the bag. The 160 micron bag, although it may contain usable herbal extract with certain strains, acts as another layer of contaminant removal. The remaining 45 bag contains your best herbal extract. Some strains or types of plants have larger crystals or glandular heads than others, so it is difficult to predict which bag will contain the best herbal extract. However, Full Melt Bubble generally is found in the 90 micron bag and the 73 micron bag. We have found that the 160-45 is the best pull and that is why we sell that set.
